Meh

The app does what it is designed to do but it would be so much better if you could designate a start time. It's pretty inconvenient to have to set an alarm to push the start button. Most of the time I am in a position where an alarm would not be allowed to go off when it would need to start and then the app makes a loud tone when you push on even when it is on silent. When I bought a programmable I had assumed you could actually program it not just do a remote start. The only programming you can do is how long at what temperature and even that doesn't allow you to change the order. Please upgrade the features.

Connection issues 🤬

Everything worked perfectly until the update 1.2.6. It logged me out of the app. So I logged back in and thought everything was fine, until I tried to start my dinner while I was working. Nothing was working, I was not connected to the crockpot😱. For several days I couldn't figure out what was wrong with my connection, I kept walking away in frustration😡. The set up would get to 37% and say I'm connected, then the app would start right back at set up all over again. I was getting very frustrated🤬 then I read a comment saying to uninstall the app and reinstall it. After I did that everything seems to be working🤯. Lesson learned, when in doubt, uninstall and reinstall 😉.
Other than that one issue, I would highly recommend this product, the WiFi crockpot. 👍🏻👍🏻

WiFi crockpot

I use to love this crockpot, Unfortunately I cannot get it to connect to my router/Wi-Fi anymore. It was working one day then quit. Sometimes it will get to the 37% and stop and sometimes I do not even get that far in the set up.
The help center works the same time of day I do so it's hard for me to have a chance to call them. When I did call them the girl wasn't as smart as my 9 year old grandson. I had already tried everything she had me do about 3 times. She asked me multiple times if I was using the correct password. Then told me her supervisor would call me the next day. That didn't happen but I would have been at work anyway and not with my crock pot in my home. So disappointed....I would even purchase a new one if they still sold them. I guess that's my sign. Therefore, this review is probably useless also.
